Johor Darul Ta’zim have won all six of their Malaysia Super League matches this season, scoring 28 goals and conceding none.
The table has them top of the 12 clubs on 18 points, the most available from six games. Six played, six won, and a goal difference of 28.
The sixth win came on 18 October at Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Stadium, where they beat Terengganu FC 3-0. The ASEAN Football Federation (AFF), reporting on the match that day, says Bergson Da Silva scored in the 26th minute and Oscar Arribas added a second in the 42nd minute. Shahab Zahedi made it three in the 89th minute, AFF says.
The same AFF report has Selangor FC second with 15 points from five matches and Kuching City FC third with 12 points from six games. That leaves Selangor FC three points behind the leaders with one match fewer played.
Two of the six wins were by wide margins: 9-0 against Kelantan Red Warrior FC on 26 August and 7-0 against Star City FC on 29 August, both at Sultan Ibrahim Stadium in Iskandar Puteri.
Johor Darul Ta’zim next travel to DPMM FC for the first leg of the Malaysia FA Cup semi-final on 23 October, at Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium in Bandar Seri Begawan, with kickoff at 8.15pm Malaysian time.
