Pakistan lost 0-4 to Thailand and Vietnam beat the Philippines 1-0 at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium in Bandung on 26 September, the first two matches of Division 1 Group B at the FIFA ASEAN Cup.

Four goals for Thailand

The Asean Football Federation’s own account of the day names Teerasak Poeiphimai as the scorer of two of them — the opener in the 31st minute, and the last of the four with six minutes left.

Jude Soonsup-Bell added the second in the 41st minute, and an own goal by Pakistan’s Haris Zeb in the 64th minute made it three.

One goal for Vietnam

The later kick-off at the same ground was settled by a single goal, scored by Nguyen Dinh Bac in the 25th minute.

The federation’s account adds nothing further about that match.

Where Group B goes next

The Philippines play Pakistan at the same ground on 29 September at 17:00, and Thailand play Vietnam there at 20:30 the same evening.

The group closes on 2 October, with Thailand against the Philippines in Bandung and Vietnam against Pakistan in Jakarta, both kicking off at 17:00.

Group A, meanwhile

Harimau Malaya play Indonesia at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta on 28 September, kicking off at 20:30 Malaysian time — the second of their three group matches.
