Harimau Malaya will play China and Yemen at Tianhe Stadium in Guangzhou, FAM said in a post on X on 21 October, naming the venue for the two November internationals.
The post puts the China match on 14 November and the Yemen match on 17 November 2026, and calls both Tier 1 international matches. It describes the squad as the one coached by Tan Cheng Hoe. FAM had already set out the revised order of the two fixtures earlier in October, with China first and Yemen second.
The trip follows a third-place finish at the FIFA ASEAN Cup, where Harimau Malaya did not concede a goal in four matches. They beat Bangladesh 3-0 on 25 September, drew 0-0 with Indonesia on 28 September and beat Singapore 6-0 on 1 October in the group stage. The 1-0 win over Vietnam in the bronze final followed at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta on 5 October.
The first of the two matches in Guangzhou, against China, is on 14 November.
